Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or preferred in Engineering, Facilities Management, Industrial Maintenance, or related field.
• 5+ years of maintenance or facilities management experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory or management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs for facility equipment and infrastructure.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate maintenance technicians and support staff.
• Manage maintenance activities for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, fire protection, and building systems.
• Oversee the safe operation, maintenance, and reliability of large vacuum furnace systems used in heat treating, brazing, annealing, and specialty metallurgical processes.
• Develop and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs for vacuum furnaces, including vacuum pumps, cooling systems, heating elements, power supplies, instrumentation, and control systems.
• Coordinate furnace shutdowns, repairs, troubleshooting, and major rebuilds to minimize production disruptions and maximize equipment availability.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards related to high-temperature processing equipment and vacuum systems.
• Oversee the maintenance, troubleshooting, and reliability of CNC equipment, including machining centers, lathes, grinders, and associated automation systems; ensure optimal machine performance through preventive maintenance, calibration, repairs, and continuous improvement initiatives to maximize uptime, product quality, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, environmental, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate and oversee external contractors, vendors, and service providers.
• Prepare and manage maintenance budgets, capital expenditures, and operational costs.
• Analyze maintenance metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Respond to facility emergencies and equipment failures to minimize downtime.
• Maintain facility records, work orders, maintenance schedules, and compliance documentation.
• Lead facility improvement and renovation projects from planning through execution.
• Collaborate with production, operations, and leadership teams to ensure facility reliability and business continuity.
