Job summary

WGNSTAR, an ABM company, is seeking a full-time Facilities Technician in Chandler, AZ. Responsibilities include operating, maintaining, and upgrading mechanical systems; performing preventive maintenance; and ensuring building equipment runs smoothly.

You will work in a clean room environment, wear PPE, and operate a PIT forklift and pallet jack. HVAC certification is required; full benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification is required.
• Experience with preventative maintenance on mechanical systems.
• Ability to wear PPE in clean room environments and follow safety procedures.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and perform minor upgrade projects on mechanical systems.
• Repair and perform preventive maintenance on facility equipment and systems.
• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain plumbing, mechanical, heating, and cooling systems.
• Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and follow defined work plans.
• Receive general instructions and follow job plans.
