Job summary

Panache Events is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our warehouse facility and inventory of event rental gear in top shape. You’ll handle preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and on‑the‑spot repairs to keep operations running smoothly.

This role reports to the Warehouse Operations Manager and requires 3–5 years in general maintenance, strong English, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs; shift is 6:00am–2:30pm with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Requires 3–5 years in general maintenance (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC and repairs).
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain rental equipment and items to meet quality standards.
• Perform scheduled and preventive maintenance on production equipment, tools, and facility systems.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure equipment meets standards.
• Assist with machine deployments, upgrades, and relocations.
• Perform repairs and troubleshoot issues on equipment, tools, and facility systems.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized workspaces free of hazards.
• Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
