Navy Exchange at Naval Base San Diego is seeking an Equipment and Facilities Clerk (OA) for a part-time role. The position supports maintenance work orders, asset records, and procurement processes while coordinating with Public Works for repairs and services.

The role involves payroll and timekeeping tasks, data entry, and standard clerical duties under supervision, with a benefits package typical of Federal employment. Part-time schedule is 20–34.5 hours per week.

Qualifications

• 1 year progressively responsible clerical or office work.
• 1 year progressively responsible experience performing clerical or administrative support duties.
• 1 - 2 year academic study above the high school level may substitute for each 6 months of 1 year of general and 1 year specialized.

Responsibilities

• Receives and reviews work requests and prepares repair orders.
• Maintains fixed asset records and equipment requisition forms.
• Coordinates repairs with Public Works and contractors.
• Prepares statistical data sheets and labor analysis forms.
• Processes purchase order requests and tracks vendor listings.
• Prepares and reviews Reports of Goods Received.
• Maintains timecards and payroll records.
• Types a variety of documents and performs general clerical duties.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
