Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Preferred certification or training related to environmental services, custodial maintenance, building trades, OSHA standards, or workplace safety.
• Minimum 2 years of building maintenance, custodial, housekeeping, environmental services, facilities support, or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize, and disinfect interior and exterior areas according to established protocols.
• Perform routine cleaning of offices, conference rooms, hallways, entrances, restrooms, and other spaces.
• Maintain exterior walkways and grounds; perform general facility maintenance and minor repairs.
• Identify facility concerns and submit work orders; coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed.
