The position requires leadership experience, a related degree, and substantial knowledge of healthcare facilities, with a focus on budgets, compliance, and customer service in a Continuing Care Retirement Community setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in a related discipline.
• 5+ years of facility management experience in a large program.
• Healthcare industry experience required, preferably in Long Term Care.
• At least 5 years managing employees with budgetary responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Plant Operations, Grounds, Building Maintenance, Security, Systems Engineering.
• Manage Environmental Services and Transportation Services.
• Ensure life safety compliance and maintain a safe, esthetically pleasing environment.
• Lead staff development and budget planning for facilities.
