Job summary

Inspir Senior Living in Darien, CT seeks an Environmental Services Director to oversee daily operations of the community’s physical plant, including maintenance and housekeeping. Qualifications

• Experience supervising maintenance and housekeeping staff in a residential or healthcare setting.
• Familiarity with OSHA safety rules and building maintenance practices.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, schematics, and safety instructions.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and ability to operate/maintain equipment.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and supervise maintenance and housekeeping staff.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety across the facility.
