Job summary

Airbus U.S. Manufacturing in Mobile, AL is seeking a Facilities Program Manager to lead environmental initiatives and FMRE activities at the Mobile site. You will coordinate with the environmental and facilities teams to drive sustainable outcomes and ensure regulatory alignment.

You will partner across programs to implement environmental policies, monitor KPIs, and manage projects from concept to completion, delivering value and compliance in a dynamic manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of program management experience within facilities.
• Bachelor degree in business or a recognized certification.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and oversee environmental strategies and action plans.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with environmental goals.
• Set sustainability targets and monitor KPIs such as energy and water usage.
• Oversee lifecycle of environmental projects including carbon footprint reduction and energy efficiency.
