Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Universal Refrigeration license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facilities maintenance team to ensure preventative, reactive, and emergency maintenance.
• Coordinate with Directors and regional teams for on/off-site locations.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and high-quality customer service.
• Manage maintenance budgets and assign work to technicians.
• Review projects with external vendors and contractors as needed.
• Maintain records of work orders and performance metrics.
