- Supervisory/lead experience required.
- Ability to direct subordinates and manage teams.
- Experience reading blueprints and schematics preferred.
Responsabilidades
- Supervises and ensures compliance with daily operations policies.
- Ensures construction/renovations meet codes and standards.
- Reviews code changes and maintains policy programs for compliance.
- Distributes work and supervises daily activities of personnel.
- Coordinates repairs with other departments and vendors.
- Reads architectural drawings and maintains drawing sets.
