Job summary

Sodexo in Cleveland, OH is seeking an operational leader to oversee and optimize facilities and engineering services across complex building systems. You will drive safety programs, budgeting, and client relations while developing staff and delivering reliable, compliant performance.

As an individual contributor in this role, you’ll complete targeted projects, apply data-driven maintenance practices, and coordinate with teams to improve service delivery and uptime.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Job description

This position will support regulatory compliance and Environmental Health and Safety programs across UH Community Hospitals, helping ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, safety standards, and organizational policies.

About the job

In this operational leadership role, you’ll oversee and optimize facilities and engineering services to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant performance across all systems and teams. You’ll manage everything from mechanical systems and maintenance workflows to budgeting, safety programs, and client relationships, all while developing staff and driving continuous improvement in service delivery.

The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.

Pay Range: $86275 - $111650
