Job summary

Sodexo is hiring a Facilities Supervisor for the Southern New Hampshire Medical Center. This full-time, on-site role requires flexibility in shifts and provides a pathway to contribute to healthcare facilities operations.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of related experience, supervisory experience, and a focus on safety and teamwork while coordinating a small team to deliver quality services on client premises.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience preferred
• On-site facilities experience preferred in healthcare, commercial, or education sectors

Facilities Supervisor

Location: SOUTHERN NEW HAMPSHIRE MEDICAL CENTER - 91142006

Workdays/shifts: Varying shifts, days/hours (open availability preferred). More details will be provided during the interview process.

Employment Type: Full-time

Pay Range: $32.16 - $32.16

What You’ll Do:

As a Facilities Supervisor at Sodexo, you are a master multitasker and a quality-of-life improver. You may work in any type of facilities location on client premises.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide supervision at the direction of management on site to coordinate activities of workers and/or service employees engaged in facilities operations or services at either larger complex facilities or locations in the areas of commercial, health care, schools, universities or other establishments.
• Coordinate and support, at the direction of management, key functions and between 3 and 10 employees during the normal course of business.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.

• Successful candidates will be team-oriented, adaptable, reliable, and nurturers of a healthy/safe working environment for all.
• 1 or more years of related work experience. Previous supervisory experience preferred.
