Sodexo is seeking a Facilities Operations Manager to lead operations at a brand-new corporate campus in Pleasanton, CA. You will oversee a 5-story campus with on-site engineers and dedicated vendors, ensuring safe, reliable building systems and a high level of service.

You’ll develop staff, manage budgets, and coordinate with clients to deliver compliant, efficient operations and continuous improvement in service delivery.

Formación

• Proven experience managing facilities, mechanical systems, or engineering operations in a complex environment.
• Strong budgeting, resource allocation, and performance tracking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage frontline teams and vendors.
• Hands-on CMMS/work order experience with data-driven improvements.
• Safety-first mindset and ability to coordinate multiple projects while maintaining compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and optimize facilities and engineering services to ensure safe, efficient performance.
• Lead a full-service site with on-site engineers and vendor teams.
• Manage budgets, safety programs, and client relationships.
• Develop staff and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
• Coordinate pest control, landscaping, fire safety, and maintenance vendors.
