Job summary

This role emphasizes leadership of teams, utilization of CMMS data, and collaboration across stakeholders to optimize building operations and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3 years management experience.
• 3–5 years related experience.
• Proven experience managing facilities, mechanical systems, or engineering operations in a complex environment.
• Hands-on knowledge of CMMS/work order systems and using data to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize facilities and engineering services to ensure safe, efficient operations.
• Manage budgeting, safety programs, and client relationships.
• Develop staff and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
