Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 8 years of professional experience OR Master's degree with 6 years of professional experience.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance
• 3–6 years of managerial, lead, or supervisory experience
• Experience managing a team of engineers across disciplines
• Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership of cross-functional teams
• Sound financial understanding including capital management and make/buy decision processes
• Experience with propellant/explosives and high-hazard/inert processes
• Knowledge of configuration management and CAD systems (AutoCAD preferred)
• Strong Facilities Engineering background

Responsibilities

• Proven project management background for large fabrication/construction-related efforts
• Experience recruiting and managing a team of engineers across programs
• Excellent problem-solving and leadership of cross-functional teams in resolving complex technical issues
• Sound financial understanding including capital management and make/buy decisions
• Experience with production manufacturing systems preferred
• Knowledge of propellant/explosives and high-hazard/inert processes
