Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 8 years of experience or Master's with 6 years.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance.
• 3–6 years of managerial or supervisory experience.
• Experience leading engineers across disciplines.
• Knowledge of propellant/explosives and hazardous/inert processes.
• Configuration management and CAD familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead an engineering group to meet safety, quality, cost, and schedule goals.
• Recruit and manage engineers across programs.
• Provide cross-functional leadership for complex technical issues.
• Understand capital management and make/buy decisions.
• Experience with production manufacturing systems and rocket motors.
