Responsibilities

• Manages and supervises engineering and housekeeping staff.
• Maintains facility and all mechanical, electrical, HVAC systems and related equipment.
• Adheres to safety procedures and conducts training for staff.
• Evaluates and manages contractor bids, budgets, and schedules.
• Generates reports and presents findings to management.
• Performs repairs and maintenance throughout the property.
• Prepares technical data, bidding, and project documentation for renovations and repairs.
• Conducts walk-throughs to ensure safe, efficient operations of all systems.
