• Optimize site-wide soft-services operations to improve service levels and cost
• Analyze site-services contracts for cost, performance, and scope; roadmap for improvement
• Own the site plan for infrastructure consumables and critical spares
• Forecast site utilities and help structure governing contracts
• Standardize Building Management System (BMS) and SCADA; apply predictive maintenance
