Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, software, industrial, or other engineering.
• 1+ years of manufacturing or industrial project management experience.
• Experience with high-volume production and cross-functional processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop factory design for high-volume production with part flow and facility resources.
• Own floor layouts, capacity studies, and product flow to meet production rates.
• Coordinate construction activities with SpaceX teams and contractors.
• Develop and maintain schedules and budgets for capital projects.
• Define and implement MES, inventory control, traceability, and process control.
• Collaborate across Engineering, Production, Test, Quality, and Supply Chain.
