Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies is seeking a Facilities Engineer in Holly Springs, NC for a 6‑month engagement with potential extension. The role supports senior staff in initiating, designing, and delivering facilities projects, with emphasis on field evaluations, commissioning, and documentation.

The ideal candidate has 4–5+ years of project engineering/coordination experience, strong communication, and a proactive, multidisciplinary mindset to work in a team-oriented environment on client

Qualifications

• Must have facilities management experience and project coordination.
• Capable of supporting initiation, design and delivery of facilities projects.
• Must be able to perform engineering studies and prepare technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Work with Facilities Sr Mgr and Facilities Mgr on commissioning and startup of new client facilities in North Carolina.
• Participate in walkdowns and proactive problem solving with the facilities management team.
• Own change controls / deviations / CAPAs; support inspection readiness.
• Develop documentation related to facilities projects.
