Job summary

The Milwaukee Bucks are seeking a Full-Time Facilities Technician to support the Deer District’s daily operations, focusing on general maintenance and HVAC/building systems. You will work with the Engineering and Maintenance team to keep equipment running safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities include preventative maintenance planning, parts inventory, and routine repairs. This role may require evenings and event coverage to support arena operations.

Qualifications

• General facility maintenance across the district.
• Knowledge of arena HVAC, boilers, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics.

Responsibilities

• Perform general facility maintenance tasks throughout the district.
• Generate short- and long-term preventative maintenance plans.
• Maintain inventory and request repair parts and services.
• Troubleshoot HVAC, boilers, and related building systems.
• Operate and monitor building automation systems and equipment.
• Assist in capital improvement projects and event coverage.
