Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operates and repairs hot water boilers.
• Operates and repairs refrigeration and chiller equipment.
• Operates and repairs emergency generators.
• Operates and repairs air handlers and climate control equipment.
• Operates and repairs electrical, water and sanitary distribution system.
• Monitors, records and regulates equipment parameters as necessary from instruments.
