Planet Pharma is seeking an experienced Building Automation Systems (BAS) lead to ensure our facilities operate efficiently, reliably, and sustainably. You will provide expert oversight across the full BAS lifecycle—engineering, design, installation, service, upgrades, and system optimization.
In this role you will drive major BAS initiatives, support enterprise-wide standardization, and deliver technical solutions that improve HVAC and electrical performance.
Bachelors Degree (any field)
2+ years of experience with operation and maintenance of BAS, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems OR advanced degree

In this role, you will serve as the technical lead for the company’s enterprise Building Automation System (BAS), helping ensure our facilities operate efficiently, reliably, and sustainably. You will provide expert oversight across the full BAS lifecycle, including engineering, design, installation, service, upgrades, and system optimization.
You will play a key role in driving major BAS initiatives by leading project milestones, supporting enterprise-wide standardization, and delivering technical solutions that enhance HVAC and electrical system performance. This role also focuses on maintaining and improving existing BAS infrastructure while advancing continuous improvements in system components, processes, and procedures.
Working cross-functionally, you will collaborate with facility teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to troubleshoot complex building system issues, improve operational efficiency, and support the performance of the company’s global facilities. This is an opportunity to apply deep technical expertise while influencing the evolution of BAS standards and capabilities across the enterprise.
