  • Research equipment integration and communication protocols
  • Troubleshoot DDC programming, BAS networks, and field device communications
  • Interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and sequences of operation
  • Provide remote technical support to field technicians during installation and startup
  • Assist with commissioning activities and customer training when needed
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure successful project execution
Requirements
  • 3-7+ years of Building Automation Systems (BAS) or HVAC Controls experience

  • Ability to read mechanical prints, electrical drawings, and wiring diagrams
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem‑solving skills

This opportunity provides:
  • Primarily office-based position with minimal site travel
  • Opportunity to move from field work into an engineering-focused career
  • Design, programming, and technical problem-solving not day‑to‑day service calls
  • Work with industry leading Building Automation technologies
  • Collaborative team of experienced engineers and project managers
  • Stable company offering long-term career growth and advancement
  • Competitive salary commensurate with experience
  • 401(k) with Employer Matching
  • Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays
  • Basic Life Insurance
  • Short-Term & Long-Term Disability
