Job summary

Novo Nordisk West Lebanon site in New Hampshire seeks a seasoned engineer to design and implement manufacturing support processes, instrumentation, and start-up activities for GMP and non-GMP utilities. The role emphasizes collaboration with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure safe, compliant operations at the West Lebanon facility.

Responsibilities include equipment validation, design reviews, and supporting on-call coverage.

Qualifications

• Associate degree with minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree with minimum 3 years of relevant experience preferred
• Biotechnology or pharmaceutical experience preferred
• GMP knowledge is essential but can be learned on the job
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• On-call availability within sixty minutes during on-call periods

Responsibilities

• Support design and implementation of manufacturing support processes, instrumentation, and equipment start-ups
• Provide support for facilities processing, engineering, design, project coordination, start-up and validation of GMP and non-GMP utilities and facilities
• Work with cross-functional teams and project managers to support ongoing projects
• Develop and implement procedural or automation improvement changes
• Participate in plant expansion design reviews and act as a technical contact for contractors
• Interface between engineering, facilities, quality assurance, and operations
