Job summary

Novo Nordisk in West Lebanon, NH is seeking an engineer to design and implement manufacturing support processes, instrumentation and equipment start-ups for offices, labs and manufacturing scale. This role supports facilities processing, engineering start-up and validation of GMP utilities and systems.

The position is onsite Monday-Friday; prior GMP or cleanroom experience is a plus but not required. Reports to Senior Manager, Project Engineering.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree with minimum five years relevant work experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree with minimum three years relevant work experience preferred.
• Biotechnology or pharmaceutical experience preferred.
• Knowledge of GMPs is essential but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to designated manufacturing operations area and troubleshooting of FUSE systems.
• Coordinate fabrication, procurement, installation, startup and validation activities.
• Assist in design reviews, hazard analyses and contractor coordination.
• Serve as interface between engineering, facilities, quality assurance and operations.
• On-call support as needed and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
