Job summary

Lilly is seeking a Facilities Engineer to support its new GMP manufacturing facility in Goochland County, Virginia. You will lead facility maintenance and asset management within the IFM program, coordinating external contractors and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Building Services or Mechanical Engineering required.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Facility or Maintenance Engineering Teams in a manufacturing GMP environment.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; Lilly will not provide visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Integrated Facility Management (IFM) contract for facility management and maintenance.
• Manage external contractors to ensure quality and compliance with policies and guidelines.
• Provide technical leadership in facility maintenance.
• Develop technical systems and best practices for facility management.
• Lead asset management and recapitalization planning for facility areas.
• Coordinate governance for IFM outsourced services.
