Responsibilities

Perform routine inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs of building systems.
Monitor facility conditions and preventive maintenance records.
Coordinate access for service providers and contractors.
Assist with moving, space configuration, and inventory.
Ensure work areas are secured after maintenance.
Respond to urgent facility issues and safety compliance.
