Job summary

GreenCore Biofuels seeks a Facilities Engineer for the JCCF RNG facility in the Eugene/Springfield area of Oregon. The role supports maintenance and field improvement programs, collaborates with site operations, engineering consultants, and contractors, and reports to the Director of Engineering and Projects.

The ideal candidate is a junior engineer with 3–10 years of experience, committed to safety, continuous improvement, and asset optimization, and capable of leading field projects,

Responsibilities

• Manage field improvement projects and define scope to Basis of Design.
• Deliver Front-End Engineering Design and Final Investment Decision on FIMP projects.
• Deliver approved FIMP projects on schedule and budget.
• Manage and deliver annual FIMP project budget.
• Develop reliability/Uptime KPI to monitor maintenance performance.
• Lead After Action Reviews and report findings to site leadership.
• Update preventative maintenance plan for existing equipment.
• Support electronic maintenance management system: work orders, scope, scheduling, and information requests.
• Prepare and present MOC proposals at regular meetings.
• Manage MOC action board and ensure closure of actions.
• Control document updates and drawing revisions for MOC projects.
• Support delivery of Development Capital Projects.
• Lead safety-focused operational excellence and daily operations scrum.
