Butler America Aerospace L.L.C. in Pottsville, PA, is seeking a Facilities Engineer to manage CAPEX projects from estimation through completion.

You will lead maintenance teams and onsite contractors to ensure safe, on-time execution while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs. The role requires a bachelor’s in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering, 5+ years of related experience, and proficiency with AutoCAD; SolidWorks/CATIA preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.
• Minimum five years of related experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with supporting equipment maintenance and process improvements.
• Ability to analyze and resolve process and equipment issues.
• Experience using AutoCAD is required; SolidWorks or CATIA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage CAPEX projects from estimating through completion, coordinating onsite contractors.
• Define and implement next-generation controls and equipment for key processes.
• Develop site layouts, expansions and equipment to support growth.
• Lead Management of Change (MOC) reviews as required.
• Explore new technology, build business cases, and implement improvements.
• Support EHS and HAZMAT compliance at the Pottsville facility.
• Lead maintenance team to ensure safe, efficient performance of work.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA, NEC, and DEP regulations.
• Maintain facilities, machinery, and equipment to meet customer needs.
• Guide maintenance supervisors and technicians in safe work practices.
• Maintain the maintenance section of the QMS and CMMS systems.
• Provide a clean, safe, and secure working environment.
