Our client is currently seeking a Facilities Engineer

We are seeking a talented Facilities Engineer to take the lead in transforming our workspaces into thriving hubs of creativity and collaboration. In this role, you will be the driving force behind facility improvement projects, aligning with our mission to solve complex challenges and push the boundaries of discovery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage facility improvement projects-including renovations, expansions, and equipment installations-from initial concept to successful completion.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, oversee budgets and timelines, and coordinate seamlessly with contractors and vendors to deliver high-quality results.
• Gather and analyze data to ensure facility specifications meet regulatory requirements, construction feasibility, and organizational needs.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to establish design criteria and create detailed layout drawings that align with Google's innovation standards.
• Prepare bid sheets and contracts, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, regulatory compliance, and environmental guidelines.

As a Facilities Engineer, your work will shape the spaces where breakthroughs happen. You'll contribute directly to our team's success by :

• Conducting regular safety inspections, implementing rigorous safety protocols, and ensuring employees are equipped with the training they need.
• Monitoring construction and installation progress, ensuring strict compliance with established designs, specifications, and schedules.
• Representing the Facilities team as a trusted advisor and collaborator, building strong relationships across the organization and showcasing our department's expertise.

Minimum Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in construction project management, with a proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Project with 2+ years of experience.
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and effectively utilize digital measuring tools.
