Ability to write instructions, plant operating procedures, and routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of vendors, contractors, regulatory agencies, and employees of the organization.**MATHEMATICAL SKILLS**Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as fundamental spreadsheets. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations. Ability to analyze data and provide summaries and comparisons.**REASONING ABILITY**Ability to apply common sense understanding and create instructions from technical data or statutes furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
