Job Description

Performs a variety of skilled work of moderate difficulty related to the maintenance and repair of building structures and associated electrical, mechanical and environmental equipment and systems. May perform specialized assignments and preventative maintenance on HVAC, Boilers, plumbing, electrical, compressed air and medical vacuum systems.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2 years progressively responsible experience in all aspects of building construction maintenance and repair, preferably in a hospital setting where the incumbent has gained skills in all areas of electrical, mechanical and structural repairs of buildings

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Coursework/Training: Additional courses in mathematics, mechanics and electrical work

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
