Job summary

CBRE Electrician role focuses on inspecting, repairing, and maintaining electrical equipment across assigned facilities. You will lead preventive maintenance, respond to repairs, and ensure safety standards are met, with a strong emphasis on service quality.

Minimum qualifications include 3-4 years' electrical maintenance experience and a high school diploma or trade school background. A formal apprenticeship is preferred and a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 3-4 years of job-related experience in troubleshooting and electrical maintenance.
• Valid Driver's license required.
• Meet physical requirements including lifting 50 lbs+, stooping, standing, climbing stairs/ladders.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to analyze solutions using technical judgment and adhere to procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical and lighting systems' general operation, repair, and maintenance. Perform new installations of equipment.
• Check, repair, and replace components of electrical systems (valves, motors, controls, switches, gauges, wiring, piping).
• Ensure equipment is maintained and operating safely.
• Review historical maintenance records to create proactive inspection and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Provide efficient and reliable service to customers.
• Explain complex information in straightforward terms.
