Job summary

CBRE Electrician role involves inspecting, repairing, and maintaining electrical equipment across assigned facilities. It sits in Engineering and Technical Services, supporting preventive maintenance and repairs to ensure safe operation.

You will oversee installations, review historical records to plan proactive schedules, and provide reliable client service while upholding CBRE standards and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma; 3–4 years of related experience; apprenticeship preferred.
  • Master Electrician license per local electrical codes; valid Driver's license.
  • Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee electrical and lighting systems' operation, repair, and maintenance; perform new installations.
  • Check, repair, and replace components such as valves, motors, controls, wiring, and pumps.
  • Ensure equipment is maintained and operated safely.
  • Review maintenance records to plan preventive schedules.
  • Provide efficient, reliable service to customers.
  • Apply standard procedures to complete tasks and solve routine problems.
  • Lead by example and model CBRE RISE values.
  • Explain complex information clearly to others.
