Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking an Electrician for the Devens, MA campus to maintain and troubleshoot facility equipment across mechanical systems. The role requires availability for call-in work, some overtime, and maintenance of building assets.

The position supports Biologics manufacturing operations on the Devens campus with emphasis on safe, compliant, and reliable facilities operations. A strong knowledge of electrical and HVAC systems and safety practices is essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Electrical and/or HVAC license required.
• 2+ years of related trade schooling or equivalent.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and local codes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor operation and maintain refrigeration, chilled water, and HVAC equipment.
• Record readings and adjust settings to ensure proper operation.
• Assist with installation and repair of plumbing and piping; wire motors.
• Troubleshoot temperature control issues inside buildings.
• Collaborate with SME and Reliability services on maintenance changes.
• Maintain and document repairs in the system and work orders.
