Job summary

Qualifications

• Current universal refrigeration license and/or related trade licenses as required.

Responsibilities

• Executes planned maintenance, repairs and modifications across facility systems.
• Responds to service work orders including plumbing, HVAC, lighting, electrical tasks.
• Interprets blueprints and schematics to troubleshoot and repair systems.
• Takes readings and logs data in appropriate systems and paperwork.
• Maintains clean, organized work areas and ensures safety compliance.
