Effectively lead multi-disciplinary facility electrical engineering projects with capabilities to implement and communicate an operational plan for completing a project, monitor progress and performance against the project plan; resolve operational problems, minimize delays, develop, and gather necessary resources to complete the project. Project scope includes current situation assessment, design, coordination, electrical capacity, coordinate process demand with current infrastructure capacity. Productively manage workload to successfully complete end of life, new investment, and customer driven projects. Systemize, standardize, and simplify the electrical projects.
Minimum Educational Qualifications: Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering
Minimum Experience: 1 to 4 years of experience in developing, coordinating, and managing Electrical, Mechanical, and/or facility related projects preferred
Other Job-Specific Skills: Use knowledge and experience to improve efficiency, actively support project activities, demonstrate solid technical knowledge, strong data analysis and problem-solving skills, strong communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, ability to use AutoCAD, and ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings.
Responsible for investment and expense spending for Facilities R&M to $1M+ multidisciplinary project scopes, complete EOL analysis, and budget forecasting as needed.
Set direction for equipment projects, determine department strategy, and select methods for renewal and installation to mitigate risks.
Ability to work overtime, in office, shop, and plant environments, and during weekends/shutdowns as needed.
