Effectively lead multi-disciplinary facility electrical engineering projects with capabilities to implement and communicate an operational plan for completing a project, monitor progress and performance against the project plan; resolve operational problems, minimize delays, develop, and gather necessary resources to complete the project. Project scope includes current situation assessment, design, coordination, electrical capacity, coordinate process demand with current infrastructure capacity. Productively manage workload to successfully complete end of life, new investment, and customer driven projects. Systemize, standardize, and simplify the electrical projects.
Financial Dimensions - Responsible for investment and expense spending for Facilities R&M to $1M+ multidisciplinary project scopes, Complete EOL analysis and Budget forecasting as needed
Set direction for equipment projects (method, layout, support requirements, etc). Determine department strategy and plans to strengthen business characteristics. Determine appropriate methods to renew and install equipment to mitigate risk to current & future operations
Ability to work overtime as needed to complete tasks. Office, Shop, and Plant environment. Work all appropriate weekends / shutdowns to manage projects and cover production needs. Complete work tasks under limited supervision.
