Job summary

Loenbro seeks an experienced EH&S Manager (Electrical) for our Aurora, CO site. This full-time, non-exempt role leads safety programs, audits, and incident investigations to ensure regulatory compliance and a strong safety culture across industrial operations.

The position requires OSHA 30, at least 2 years in heavy industrial construction, and demonstrated ability to train, mentor, and collaborate with operations and regulators. A comprehensive benefits package accompanies the role.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 required.
• Minimum 2 years in heavy industrial construction or related environments.
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and related codes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to assess hazards and mitigate risks effectively.
• Knowledge of incident investigation techniques and root cause analysis.
• Familiarity with emergency response plans and procedures.
• Ability to collaborate with employees at all levels and regulators.
• Experience with safety audits/inspections and MS Office usage.
• Certification in First Aid/CPR is preferred.
• Proficiency in using safety management software for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety training programs and maintain site records.
• Enforce safety policies, SSPs, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage incident investigations with root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with operations to sustain a safety-first culture.
• Perform site inspections, audits, and daily safety reporting.
• Maintain safety documentation in KPA and other systems.
• Engage with regulatory agencies and facilitate audits.
• Drive continuous improvement of safety practices across sites.
