Circa Las Vegas is seeking a Dispatch Operator to handle guest and Team Member calls, collect issue details, and dispatch our Engineering team using our computer-based program in a timely manner. You will input call details, assign work orders, monitor alarms, and maintain dispatch logs while ensuring customer satisfaction and safety standards.

The role requires experience with two-way radios and multi-line phones, Windows-based systems, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment,

Qualifications

• Two-way radios and multi-line phones experience required.
• Proficient with Windows-based computer systems.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls concerning maintenance and repairs.
• Input call details into the computer system.
• Assign work orders promptly through the dispatch program.
• Communicate work order details and follow up to completion.
• Monitor alarms and report incidents as they occur.
• Maintain dispatch log of daily activities.
• Notify Supervisors of parts and inventory needs.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and follow safety rules.
• Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
