Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a supervisory capacity in a maintenance or plant related position.
• Previous experience as a Maintenance Director in long-term care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the community remains compliant with Life Safety Code and other regulations.
• Review department policies, procedure manuals, job descriptions, etc., annually and recommend revisions.
• Prepare operating and staffing budgets for maintenance and monitor monthly.
• Direct other staff within the Maintenance Department and oversee their work ethic.
• Perform related tasks as assigned.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information in all forms.
