Job summary

Fond-Du-Lac-Reservation's Human Services – Facilities division is seeking a Senior Facilities Manager to lead day‑to‑day operations, safeguard staff and clients, and drive the performance of the facilities team.

Responsibilities include budgeting, planning maintenance and renovations, supervising trades, ensuring licensure, coordinating with IHS and tribal partners, and delivering a safe, welcoming environment across all facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in facilities engineering or related field and 7 years of progressive management experience.
• Special Engineer boiler license and First-Class C low pressure boilers license within 12 months of hire.
• HVAC certification required (or within 180 days) and knowledge of maintenance systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for daily facilities operations and staff.
• Develop plans for maintenance, alterations, and project supervision.
• Oversee budgets, procurement, licensure, and safety compliance.
