Terracina, LLC is seeking a Director of Maintenance to oversee all maintenance operations at our Naples community. You will lead a team, plan preventive maintenance, and ensure safety, compliance, and quality in every apartment and common area.

The role requires 5+ years of maintenance management, industry licenses where applicable, and strong leadership. Onsite, full-time position with Day shifts and competitive pay in the Naples area.

Formación

• Requires high school diploma or GED with 5+ years maintenance experience.
• Licenses/certifications such as Boilers/HVAC/EPA are required or preferred depending on the facility.
• Strong leadership and safety-focused supervision skills are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Direct and oversee daily maintenance operations and staff.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs for equipment.
• Lead safety meetings and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Manage maintenance records, inspections, and vendor coordination.
• Inspect units and facilities to ensure quality and compliance with company standards.
