Job summary

The Gardens at Cedarwood in Franklin, MA is seeking a Maintenance Director to lead the facilities team. You will supervise maintenance personnel across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry, and oversee timely resolutions of issues to keep the environment safe and clean for patients, families, and staff.

You will develop and manage maintenance budgets, ensure safety codes compliance, and collaborate with other departments to maintain smooth operations and positive relationships with patients

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a maintenance or facilities management role.
• Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
