Aerotek is seeking a Facilities Director for its Southlake, TX operations. You will lead facility and plant operations, oversee maintenance programs, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Joint Commission standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in facilities management or maintenance leadership in healthcare, commercial, or industrial settings.
• Experience directing maintenance, engineering, and facility operations teams.
• Strong budget, forecasting, and cost-control capabilities.
• Deep knowledge of CMMS and work-order processes.
• Vendor management and contract experience including MSAs and SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Lead facility and plant operations teams to ensure safety, compliance, and reliability.
• Oversee building systems (HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, life safety).
• Ensure regulatory compliance (OSHA, EPA, Joint Commission, etc.).
• Track KPIs, SLAs, and trends; implement corrective actions.
• Manage operating budgets and cost control.
• Coordinate vendor contracts, service agreements, and performance.
• Support capital projects and facility improvements with minimal disruption.
• Promote a strong safety culture and infection control practices.
• Mentor and develop maintenance staff; maintain thorough documentation.
