The John Gore Organization in Baltimore, MD, seeks a highly motivated Facilities Lead for the France-Merrick Performing Arts Center to oversee historic buildings and a new performance space.

You will lead the Facilities Department, supervise two staff, coordinate with operations and production, manage HVAC, inspections, and vendor relations; willingness to work nights and weekends as shows demand.

Qualifikationen

• Undergraduate degree in arts or business preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret contracts and warranties.
• Basic budgeting and spreadsheet skills required.
