Cornerstones of Care seeks a Director of Facilities at our Ozanam Campus in Kansas City, MO. You will lead facility operations, oversee maintenance staff, and coordinate with our contracted facilities management provider to ensure safe, compliant campuses.

You will report to the COO, manage budgets and projects, and respond to emergencies after hours as needed. The role combines leadership, strategic planning, and hands-on oversight in a nonprofit healthcare/human services setting.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management or related field and 5 years in facilities operations.
• Three years of supervisory experience leading maintenance and custodial teams.
• Experience coordinating with contractors, vendors, and service providers.
• Ability to manage budgets and operational expenditures.
• Willingness to be on-call for emergencies.
• Valid driver''s license and transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Provides oversight of day-to-day facility operations across Cornerstones of Care locations in partnership with the facilities management provider.
• Serves as the primary liaison between Cornerstones of Care and the facilities management contractor.
• Supports the implementation of maintenance, repair, and projects with the facilities contractor.
• Monitors work orders and service requests and ensures timely, safe execution.
• Supervises maintenance technicians and custodial staff, ensuring consistent service across campuses.
