Position Overview: As the Facilities Director, you will oversee all service lines within our facility, serving as the primary contact for our education client. Your responsibilities include managing Plant Operations Maintenance, Custodial Services, and Grounds Maintenance to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality campus facilities that support a learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and manage departmental budgets, ensuring financial efficiency and compliance.
2. Coordinate operations across departments to optimize workflows.
3. Maintain open communication with clients to ensure satisfaction.
4. Lead departmental activities, fostering accountability and excellence.
5. Establish and enforce policies and procedures compliant with regulations.
