Amphenol PCD is growing, and we are looking to add a Facilities and EHS Lead to our Beverly, MA team!

The Facilities & EHS Lead will oversee all aspects of facility operations and environmental, health, and safety compliance. This includes managing daily building maintenance, coordinating repairs and preventative maintenance programs, and ensuring that all facility systems including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing are functioning properly. The role will lead facility-related projects, serve as the primary contact for outside vendors and contractors, and collaborate with property management as needed. On the EHS side, the role will be responsible for leading the management of material and chemical compliance within the facility, implementing and maintaining programs that ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other applicable regulations. This includes conducting safety audits, maintaining required documentation, delivering training, managing emergency preparedness plans, and fostering a culture of safety across the organization. The Facilities & EHS Lead will work closely with Manufacturing, Quality, HR, and other departments to ensure the site’s physical environment and safety practices support operational needs and company goals. Additional duties, as assigned.

Required Skills/Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience managing facilities and/or EHS in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Strong understanding of OSHA and environmental regulations, OSHA 30 preferred
  • Experience in conducting accident investigations and risk assessments
  • Ability to lead projects, manage vendors, and prioritize work across multiple departments

  • ISO 14001

Education

  • BS Facilities, Occupational Health & Safety or Engineering, or equivalent experience
